Sonos In-Ceiling 8" Set is an architectural audio system that combines a Sonos Amp with a pair of 8-inch Sonos and Sonance In-Ceiling Speakers for discreet, built-in whole-room audio. The passive speakers feature flush, bezel-less grilles that can be painted to match the ceiling, while Sonos Amp provides wireless streaming and control through the Sonos app.
The In-Ceiling 8" Set includes Sonos Amp and two 8-inch In-Ceiling Speakers, with each speaker featuring an 8-inch woofer, 1.2-inch tweeter, 29 Hz–20 kHz frequency response, and 113 dB maximum SPL. The speakers provide 100° coverage and 225 W maximum power handling, with an 8-ohm nominal impedance. Sonos Amp can power up to three pairs of Sonos Architectural speakers when wired in parallel, while Trueplay tuning is available through the Sonos app.
